  2.          rent a manufactured home from Five Skies LLC & move to Wisconsin to reduce expenses & expand my business.    
  3.  They intentionally omitted information prior to my signing of the lease that would have resulted
  4.      in a different decision had I been fully informed and my nightmare began.

         3x to a 3rd party (Bryan's Water Quality Store)  for independent evaluation.

        All of these photos & videos reflect the situation extant since 4/27. 
>>> Cash job plumber left the old coffee can as the "cap" on 9/8.
        Total of 47 days from broken pipe to proper capping on 10/7 per Uniform Dwelling Code after my 10/4 complaint
         to WI Department of Health/Wood County.  
>>> Windows don't open or close.  Five Skies notified that indoor temp was 90° -16 days later they arrived to drill one
        window open, then window cannot be closed).  No AC in unit.
>>> Door operation continued to deteriorate April thru Oct 2016; slam shoulder into door to open from interior; key
        can't be inserted in lock.
        Swollen wrist from cranking knob back & forth & back & forth again & again to open the door.
        Gap between door & floor after bottom panel fell off 5/8 lets in rain water, bugs, other vermin.
>>> Neither original nor replaced back stairs were to code. Front stairs also not to code; remained uncorrected.
>>> Replaced original metal back stairs  with wood stairs 9/11 that were not to code & without permit;  resulted in my
        injuries on 9/16.
        I consulted Building Inspector 9/24; stairs brought to code 9/26; Notice to Pay or Vacate on door 9/28.
>>> Rust filled condition of both toilet bowls I discovered when I moved in 4/27.
>>> Nick had claimed on 3/27 that the pipes were being replaced to improve water pressure & the job
        would be completed by mid-May. I was still trying to get the job done in mid-June when I concluded
         that they did not intend to do so.
>>> Outdoor water connection done on 9/8; never informed whether laundry was connected although
        that was one of my few requirements as indicated on initial email of 3/24. Minimal to no improvement
        in pressure; easy to maintain "pressure" was just another of Flying Squirrel Nick's lies. No doubt that
        he was hoping to improve iron situation with new pipes in unit.
        See his 5/10 email (excerpt: "The water issues must be related to the pipes in the trailer itself and
        the new lines should remedy that.")  and his 7/03 email re possibility of needing to replace
        the underground pipes which would result in their terminating my one year lease 63 days after 
        I moved in.  His email also declared the other repairs "moot" (excerpt) if the water can't be corrected"
        and demanding full rent although only two tiny repairs were accomplished.
>>>  No permit to replace pipes was obtained from Saratoga Building Inspector (confirmed by her email).
>>>  Plumber told me it was "hard to turn down a cash job," & had to fit the cash job in between his regular
         jobs.  He was in jail for felony stalking 4 days before he stopped returning my texts on 6/17.
>>> Landlord fraudulently rented this unit. He wrote 7/01 that he would terminate my lease after 63 days
        rather than repair the water pipes.  He made NO effort to determine the cause of the problem as he
        had already determined that the underground pipes were the problem. With no repairs done on
        water, windows, stairs, he expected rent payment in full despite §704.07(4). His  lack of action to
        make any of the repairs he "promised" several times along with the support of attorney to disregard
        Wisconsin Statutes, Codes, & Regulations led me to think they would claim I had trashed the unit. A
        few days after I moved out, I returned to clean the unit as shown in the photos leaving it cleaner
        than it was when I moved in - see my email of 5/10.
>>>  The definition of "park" is stretched to its limit for this land tract.  The appearance reflects the
         landlord's lack of concern or interest in maintaining the entire property in anything resembling a
         reasonable manner.
>>>   New to Wisconsin, I contacted everyone I could find and to whom I was referred. 
>>>   Gov Walker's office contacted the DATCP to schedule an expedited complaint.

>>>  He claims knowledge of unit prior to my move-in on 4/27 & wrote mendacious responses to all but
         the issue of the broken door & stairs.
         Nick provided an equally dishonest response about stairs.  He assumed I was still in residence on
         11/22  although I had contructively evicted myself earlier that month.  Arendt cherry picks,
         misrepresents facts, and lies about everything.        

         How is it possible to be wrong about everything  without regard for any of the written facts, photos,
         and other  documentation?   For someone who claims expertise in residential real estate, he appears
         to be ignorant of or disregards applicable laws, codes, and regulations.  He responded to my letter of
         9/03 on 9/16 so one has to think that he read it.  Due diligence, anyone?  I have to conclude he chose
         to disregard any truth or fact that impeded his support of the landlord's flagrant fraudulent rental of
         the unit, and their violations of law, UDC, and DSPS regulations.

>>>  I cannot afford treatment for recurrence of breast cancer & lymphedema.  Heart damage from chemo
         in 2009; new problems were being evaluated to determine diagnosis of congestive heart failure  &/or 
         DVT &/or eosinophilic fasciitis, and/or kidney disease?  As I cannot pay the 20% required w/o Medigap
         policy, I can't afford the diagnostic tests or treatment.
>>>  Current prescriptions for high blood pressure, arrhythmia, cancer, cannot be refilled without an MD
         appointment.  Both the appointments and the prescriptions are not affordable now without
         supplemental insurance.
>>>  Hip replacement is now necessary due to chronic limping caused by leg & ankle swelling & stiffness.
