Can an Officer of the Court also aid & abet a scofflaw landlord with a false claim for eviction when rent was

1) paid in accordance with §704.07(4) 2) not due and keep his license?

PLEASE NOTE: Governor Walker forwarded my letter of 9/26 to Michelle Reinen, Director - Bureau of Consumer Protection/DATCP with his instructions to file an expedited complaint.

While I won't say DATCP is a worthless use of time/energy, I would say it's close to that. DATCP has no power of enforcement. When they collect "enough" info re any particular business, landlord,...well, to be honest I don't know what they do. Send a stern "don't do that" letter, maybe. How much info is enough? How many people need to be hurt before they do whatever they do...."depends."

After Nick & Arendt sent their bogus "responses," I received an email from DATCP confirming no enforcement; their recommendation: small claims court and "Have a nice day!"
