Five Skies LLC website describes their primary function similarly: Management – Training – Consulting; and page 2 (jpgs of pages, not the site itself as it is not secured - http://www.fiveskiesmhc.com/five-skies-llc.html) describes Medicine Wheel Training, Mending Broken Hearts, Understanding TERO (Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance), Introduction to Indian Country, Cultural Understanding and Enhancement. Cash Job Plumber - off the books job not completed, no permit from City; arrest record June & July 2016, in jail on 6/13 for felony stalking a woman in Stevens Point
though he texted me that he was in bed with a bad back; burglary etc on 7/2/16, domestic abuse 7/2019)

PLEASE NOTE: Governor Walker forwarded my letter of 9/26 to Michelle Reinen, Director - Bureau of Consumer Protection/DATCP with his instructions to file an expedited complaint.

While I won't say DATCP is a worthless use of time/energy, I would say it's close to that. DATCP has no power of enforcement. When they collect "enough" info re any particular business, landlord,...well, to be honest I don't know what they do. Send a stern "don't do that" letter, maybe. How much info is enough? How many people need to be hurt before they do whatever they do...."depends."

After Nick & Arendt sent their bogus "responses," I received an email from DATCP confirming no enforcement; their recommendation: small claims court and "Have a nice day!"
